Erin Berringer (Owner)
Erin began her career in 1990 where she worked at the Rogers Cable Studios in Richmond, B.C. She researched, wrote, hosted, filmed, edited and later produced several programs for the station, including “A Cheapskates Guide to a Good Time”. She spent five years honing her skills, during which time she began her studies in the Journalism Program at B.C.I.T.
In 1992, Erin worked at BCTV as an Assistant to Linden Soles where she assisted in copywriting and pre-production research. 1993 brought work at LG73 writing for the Green Report, and work at z95.3.
In 2001 she began writing for magazines, and co-published Muse Magazine for women in the Fraser Valley. She was hired by a large realty firm in 2003, where she branded entire buildings and condo projects located across Canada.
A recent S.E.E.D.S graduate, she looks forward to her new role as President and Owner of Newport Business Branding.

Tod McCoy (Technical Advisor)
Tod McCoy, a native Seattlean, is a playwright, screenwriter, poet,producer, publisher, fiction writer, and webmaster. He studied journalism and English at Arizona State University where he was news director of KASR, then worked for three years as a freelance writer in Phoenix before moving to Seattle in 1994. 
He has written eight screenplays, one which made the semifinals in the 1998 Chesterfield Film Company’s Writer’s Film Project and one which
was selected for a staged reading
by Cinema Seattle, producers of the Seattle International Film Festival.
His work has been published on HootIsland.com and PublishingOnline.com.
In 2000 he founded en theos press, dedicated to publishing Northwest poets. In 2005 he moved to Vancouver, BC, where he joined Deep Seeded Productions and began developing television shows for Franklin Productions. His first newspaper job was writing obituaries that sound exactly like this. |
